The Stick Handling Clinics focus specifically on hands, stick handling, and technique. These clinics are perfect for players looking to develop and advance their stick handling skills and add additional tools to their arsenal. 

Training will include the following:

• Proper hand placement
• Proper use of the Top and Bottom Hand
• Creativity
• Each player will learn a wide variety of stick handling moves
• Quick Hands
• Deception techniques
• Various training aids will be used to help build wrist strength 

Each player will be given an off ice program administered through the MaxOne training app on their phones.  This program will help continue to develop the player off the ice during the summer months.
